How could Coaching help?

We have found coaching can bring a range of benefits:

  • Provides a highly confidential and supportive space to explore new ideas, challenge negative assumptions and provide alternative perspectives on workplace issues
  • Builds confidence and resilience – in the coachee and those around them – and increases motivation
  • Helps develop and build an individual’s management and leadership style
  • Assists with both personal and professional development and brings focus to achieving short, medium and long-terms goals
  • Provides the framework to help prioritise workplace issues and reach more informed decisions through clarity of thought – which in turn leads to a reduction in stress and an improvement in productivity
  • Assists with the development of a more effective management and leadership style and increases flexibility – on both a personal and professional basis
  • Explores how behaviour and communication style impacts on others and how best to achieve more impactful results
  • Improves self-awareness and provides a supported space to facilitate commitment to change

How would it be delivered?

We would spend time getting to know you, establish your goals for the service and then arrange a programme of coaching sessions.

The programme can be tailored to meet your own requirements but typically involve meeting once per month, spread over a 6, 9 or 12-month period, with each session lasting between 60 and 90 minutes.

The location of each coaching session is the one that best suits you. It can be within your own workspace, a neutral space or in one of our meeting rooms – we work across the UK. We can also use Skype or Zoom along with telephone support as part of the service – we find most of our clients use a combination of meeting and communication methods across the coaching programme.

We work in a highly supportive and confidential manner but also challenge assumptions and patterns of behaviour to further an individual’s development and learning.

What do our clients say about Progression?

A selection of some of the comments we have received from our clients:

‘The sessions were centred on helping me to help myself – this allowed me to explore and identify key action points, without digressing too much, which kept the momentum going.’

‘It gave me a platform to openly discuss what I wanted and to find a path to try and achieve it. The sessions empowered me to reach for it.’

‘I have become far more confident in asking for what I want and need. I have been quite surprised at the change in my attitude to my own abilities and to making it clear of what benefit they could be to others. Also, I have been surprisingly pro-active. And I really am not a pro-active person. It feels like a neat puzzle, I’m putting things in place which I know will pay off in the future.’

‘My coach was an amazing listener and at times he would allow me a little leeway in drifting, but never let me wander off too far before bringing me back to myself. He was exceptional at teasing the best out of a person.’

We can put you in touch with some of our customers quoted above so you can hear some more about what they think about us.
